How to add Logo:
You have to select an option add custom logo, and when you finish the order, you will be contacted by our Team on the cell number you provide, most probably by WhatsApp then you can send the logo for the details which we will show you within in 24H and your order will be shipped right away. Please remember if you mistakenly select option without logo it's not a problem, we will again confirm you before dispatching your order and if you add no logo then it will be plain leather surface only. Logo option is only available in one color, please follow the second picture in the gallery specifically mentioning example.

The main compartment, features additional zipper pocket where you can store your glasses or Power Bank, as this area is pretty spacious and this 20 Liters area can help you store enough clothes or books for your daily commuting. At very back you get a separate Laptop compartment which also host a spearate Zipper pocket too along with 2 document sleeves too. In the very front of the backpack, you get an admin pocket along with the quick access zip pocket too. The Bottle pockets are on both sides of the bag where you can easily store at least two small water bottles in each pocket. There is an open passport pocket at the very back on the top.
Comfort And Safety:
Backpack is entirely padded, except the bottle Pockets. Customers are mostly concerned about their laptop's protection, and in this urban backpack, we added rubber protection in the laptop area even laptop pocket is lifted 1.5 inches from the surface, so in case of fall or impact your laptop is protected and secure. Backside has trolley handle support with a great ventilation system at the back. Shoulder straps are softly padded with a very soft leather handle.
Our 2 main courier companies who deliver packages are Leopards Courier & TCS both are used for Cash on Delivery and Non-Cash on Delivery too. It depends on location of Client and few other factors due to which we select one from both companies. Incase if client needs urgent delivery we have been offering very successfully in past, it works like you have to place order before 3PM and day must be between Monday to Saturday, client have to contact us at WhatsApp 03326993777 and our sales agent right after placing order, then we will ask him or her to pay in advance with additional urgent fees so we can choose a special delivery for client. In winters specially in fog days and in rainy season we refuse clients for urgent delivery because our shipping companies have a negative history in past which result in problems, so we ask clients to choose standard delivery method in those days.
You can return product within 7 days after delivery, and same goes for exchange too. We don’t have a package pick up service from clients location, incase if you want to send us the product back for return, refund or exchange, you have to send via prepaid courier service near you. For gloves there isn’t any return or exchange policy due to hygiene reason, so please check and measure size carefully!
