Our 2 main courier companies who deliver packages are Leopards Courier & TCS both are used for Cash on Delivery and Non-Cash on Delivery too. It depends on location of Client and few other factors due to which we select one from both companies. Incase if client needs urgent delivery we have been offering very successfully in past, it works like you have to place order before 3PM and day must be between Monday to Saturday, client have to contact us at WhatsApp 03326993777 and our sales agent right after placing order, then we will ask him or her to pay in advance with additional urgent fees so we can choose a special delivery for client. In winters specially in fog days and in rainy season we refuse clients for urgent delivery because our shipping companies have a negative history in past which result in problems, so we ask clients to choose standard delivery method in those days.
You can return product within 7 days after delivery, and same goes for exchange too. We don’t have a package pick up service from clients location, incase if you want to send us the product back for return, refund or exchange, you have to send via prepaid courier service near you. For gloves there isn’t any return or exchange policy due to hygiene reason, so please check and measure size carefully!
