You can return product within 7 days after delivery, and same goes for exchange too. We don’t have a package pick up service from clients location, incase if you want to send us the product back for return, refund or exchange, you have to send via prepaid courier service near you. For gloves there isn’t any return or exchange policy due to hygiene reason, so please check and measure size carefully! Our all products are backed by one year warranty and incase if your product warranty runs out you can still opt our services of repairs.
If you don’t like the product and you just want to return it, you have to pay our shipping charges too because we will refund you the amount of the product but not the shipping that we paid to ship it to you and you will also use the prepaid shipping manner to send this back
If you want to exchange the product with any other product, the above policy applied here too. In case if we send you a wrong product or damaged product in this case, you have to use a prepaid shipping method which we will comply with a free gift upon returning you with the correct product.
If you just want a refund of your order after disliking it or any other reason you have to send us back via a prepaid shipping method and after we receive the parcel, we will deduct the shipping charges of our side and refund into your bank account or digital wallet.
